CARRIAGE

Postage to UK mainland addresses is £3.00 and delivery usually take between 2 - 4 working days.

Postage to Northern Ireland addresses is £5.00 and usually take between 7 - 10 working days.

Postage to most EU addresses is £10.00 and usually takes between 7 - 10 working days.

If you require a faster or a higher value delivery then additional postage may be charged, so please message us prior to ordering.

VAT & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Ditsydi is not VAT-registered, so no Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged by us.

EU customers will however be charged the following by their own country upon receiving their order:

1. VAT (usually between 17 - 27% of the total sale plus postage)

2. Customs Duties (on goods over 150 EUR)

3. Courier Clearance Fees (usually a fixed fee of between 10 - 20 EUR)
