Refund policy

We have a 14 -day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return postage and insurance is to be covered by yourself, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are two ways to start a return request:

1. If you do NOT have a customer account login with us, you can simply contact us at diane@ditsydi.co.uk and explain why you are requesting a return and whether you'd like a refund or a swap. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


2. If you DO have a customer account login with us or you decide to CREATE an account, then simply go to the top of the webpage and click Log in or Sign up. You'll be sent a code to your email or phone. Please enter the code when requested and you'll be signed into your account. Here you'll see a history of all your orders. Click on the order number and you'll see Request return at the top righthand corner. Select the item you wish to return by ticking the box next to it on the left. Enter the reason and any other notes and click on Request return to the right. Next you'll see a message saying Your return request was sent and is being reviewed. We'll email you once it's been completed. Once your request has been approved you'll be emailed with instructions on where to return the item to. You can log into your account at any time to see the status of your request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The items on sale are brand new and fault free, but unfortunately we cannot accept returns on them as they are discounted for the express purpose of clearing them from our inventory in order to make space for new items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
